This guide helps you move from shaping a strong proposal, through review and preparation, to delivering a confident talk that feels clear, reflective, and meaningful.

Formats of Talks

Standard Talk – A deep-dive presentation that allow you to explore complex topics throughly and share personal insights and lessons from your work.

Duration: 20 min presentation (+ 5 min Q&A + 5 min transition)

Lightning Talk – A fast-paced, focused presentations designed to deliver maximum impact in minimal time. Perfect for introducing novel concepts or sharing specific solutions.

Duration: 10 minutes presentation (+ 3 min Q&A + 2 min transition)
